Barys Khamaida Holds 10 December Action in Vitsebsk

Today the activist-veteran Barys Khamaida congratulated the citizens of Vitsebsk on the Universal Day of Human Rights Day. Human Rights Center Viasna learned that he had spread 100 copies of Adrian Severin’s report about human rights violations in Belarus. The action took place in the city center, not far from Vitsebsk city executive committee. Surprisingly enough, Khamaida was not detained. The citizens welcomed the congratulations.
