The Justice Ministry of Belarus has refused registration to the social pubic association Belarusian Christian Democracy.
As said by the executive secretary of the organizing committee for foundation of the BCD Dzyanis Sadouski, to motivate its decision the Justice Ministry stated that it was unclear from the statute of the association what was meant by ‘Christian principles’ and ‘Christian values’.
‘It is deplorable if the Justice Ministry does not understand such obvious things. We are going to appeal against the decision in the court’, Sadouski said.
