In his interview with the BelaPAN information agency Sudalenka said that he had been summonsed by Dzmitry Sedliarou, an investigator of the investigative department of Homel regional KGB office. Before this Sedliarou had several times interrogated a youth activist Andrei Tsianiuta, whom KGB suspects in activities on behalf of Young Front.
As we informed earlier, on 6 October the KGB searched a private house that is rented by the local branch of the United Civil Party. During the search there were exacted six computers, one of which belonged to the Legal Initiative, and three copy machines. KGB said that the search was related to the criminal case against the Young Front.
On 22 October Sudalenka applied to the KGB office, asking to explain whether the confiscated computer was evidence in the criminal case. He said that his computer was on the balance of the Legal Initiative and asked to return it. During the interrogation he was informed that a decision about the computer would be taken some days later.
