On 10 October in Vitsebsk the road police stopped the car of a well-known entrepreneur and activist of For Freedom movement Siarhei Parsiukevich for a non-standard BY sticker.

According to a local human rights activist Leanid Svetsik, the policemen drew on Parsiukevich a report for violation of the traffic rules and passed it to a commission of the road police. The ruling of Parsiukevich’s case will be issued on 13 October.
