Leninski court of Hrodna fined deputy chair of Hrodna United Civic Party 10 basic units. Uladzimir Laryn was found guilty of disorderly conduct.
On September 8th, police detained Uladzimir for a white-red-white flag. Uladzimir walked on a street wearing the flag on his shoulders. Later the police drew up a report of disorderly conduct.
