Accused girl may escape fine
The state prosecutor demands to sentence the accused to huge fines of USD 7,200 each.
As for the under-aged Nasta Palazhanka, she may be sentenced under Article 117-1 of the Criminal Code ˜sentence to an under-aged person using forced educational measures”, i.e. without criminal punishment. Such sentence may include a warning, recreation or other restrictions of up to 6 months etc.
The verdict is to be announced at 15.00 tomorrow.
