That day he was going to a meeting of entrepreneurs. The police interrogated him on this matter and took away from him a digital camera, a Dictaphone, sound amplifying equipment, an autonomous generator of electric current, etc. The police haven’t answered and don’t won to compose the reports on his detention and exaction of the abovementioned equipment.

That’s why a leader of the Belarusian entrepreneurs, former political prisoner Valery Levaneuski applied to the regional prosecutor and asked him to check whether the police had the legal right to search his belongings in his absence and exact them. He also asks to oblige the policemen to compose the reports about his detention and exaction of the equipment and return it to him. Levaneuski also asks to consider the possibility of bringing a criminal case on the prohibition of presence during the search and creation of artificial obstacles to receiving the equipment and the documents registering the search, detention and exaction of the things.
