A citizen of Svetlahorsk Natallia Bordak was fined by the administrative commission of a borough executive committee (headed by a deputy chair of the executive committee Aliaksandr Kamisarchuk) for alleged violation of article 143 of the Administrative Code, ˜Violation of the sanitation rules’.

The matter is that in January 2007 Natallia Bordak and under-aged Arseni Iahorchanka were detained in one of Svetlahorsk streets for hanging out a portrait of Aliaksandr Kazulin.

N.Bordak applied to Svetlahorsk district prosecutor with an application in which she pointed that the policemen hadn’t composed a detention report and searched her personal belongings without witnesses. The prosecutor answered that ˜there are special stands for posters and announcements in the city’.
