According to the press-service of the United Civil Party, in the night of 5 March near Shauchenka strip in Minsk the police detained a youth activist Ihar Zhabarouski and took him to Minsk Tsentralny borough police department. The duty policeman confirmed that the activist was kept there but refused to inform journalists about the reasons. They were also told that today the detainee would be transferred to a temporary isolator in Valadarski Street.
