Supreme Court Refuses to Consider UCP Complaint against Liquidation of Primary Unit in Kletsk District

On 2 November the leaders of the United Civil applied to the Supreme Court of Belarus in order to appeal the ruling of the justice department of Minsk Regional Executive Committee for liquidation of the primary unit of the UCP in Kletsk district. According to RFE/RL at first Minsk Region Court refused to consider the complaint and stated that consideration of complaints against orders of justice boards of executive committees to parties was beyond its competence. The college board of civil cases of the Supreme Court confirmed it.
