A Hrodna journalist from Glos znad Niemna na uchodzstwie Inesa Todryk is accused of violating article 172 of the Code of Administrative Violations (violation of terms of usage, purchasing and selling of office equipment and illegal distribution of printed editions). The journalist was informed about it on 18 April. People working at Hrodna Leninski Borough Board of Internal Affairs came to her office and gave her a protocol about an administrative violation.

Inesa Todryk was detained on 24 March when she and one more activist of the Union of Poles in Belarus (Andrzei Lisouski) came to meet Andzhei Pachobut who was to be released after 10 days of detention. Their car was stopped; Andzhei Pachobut managed to get out and run away. The police searched the car and found 400 copies Glos znad Niemna na uchodzstwie and 80 copies Magazyn Polski na uchodzstwie there. Inesa was detained for several hours and then released; A. Lisouski was sentenced to 10 days of detention for ‘petty hooliganism’ (article 156 of the Code of Administrative Violations).
