In the evening of March 29 dozens of people gathered on Kastrychnitskaya Square near the big TV screen. When the news began the people put black bands and jeans ribbons on their eyes, some stopped their ears with their hands. The people protested against the informational policy of the state TV. When the news presenter said that the participants of the opposition actions are kept in jails with excellent conditions some guys started whistling.
Policemen in plain clothes observed the action and walked among the action participants. Then there came up riot squad police in uniforms. The people waited till the end of the news program and went home in small groups – some of them to subway, some – to a bus stop. The police followed them for some time.
