On 14 January in Minsk two Belarusians and ten young citizens of Moscow were detained not far from Peramoha cinema and taken to Minsk Tsentralny Borough Board of Internal Affairs. The police suspects the detainees have written anti-presidential graffiti on the walls of the cinema. Four of the detained Russian citizens are members of the rock band, called CWWTP (Change the world without taking power). The group intended to take part in the anarchist concert, that to take place in one of Minsk clubs on 14 January.
