The opposition movement leader Paval Sieviaryniets, who serves "labor" sentence, gets community support

Public associations of Hrodna Region joined an action in support of Paval Sieviaryniets, staged by the local branch of the BPF Party, said the NGO Assembly. The Hrodna residents put their signatures under a petition in support of the political prisoner and expressed their sincere admiration of his bravery and courage in the struggle for Belarus.
"You brave and consistent position is a symbol of the dedicated service to the people of Belarus. We are sure that this harsh sentence inflicted on you, Mikalai Statkievich and Andrei Klimau by the Anti-Belarusian regime will not break down or destroy your spirit. We believe in justice and in the punishment for those who sent you to prison for two years", says the letter.
Public leaders plan to hand letters with signatures over to Paval Sieviaryniets as they visit him in the labor settlement.
