Political Prisoner Valiery Lievanieuski Files Statement with Ivatsevichy District Court

Valiery Lievanieuski believes that the administration of the prison has not paid the full amount of the salary and requests that the correctional facility No.22 pay 481 thousand rubles, reports Radio Liberty.
The prisoner decided to take the matter to court after finding out from the audit performed by Biaroza Cross-District Labor Inspectorate that the prison administration had allegedly only paid him for a total of 82 hours of work in July and August. According to Valiery Lievanieuski he works every day without weekends as a sweeper in the medical section of the prison, where he performs the work of an orderly and some other duties. Meanwhile in two months they only calculated 58 thousand rubles.
