Mikhail Marynich, former minister and ambassador, complained against the decision of the prison commission not to release him conditionally before the end of his prison term. He also solicited for it because of the bad state of health (the eye illness continues and the symptoms of the heart attack he had had in March still haven’t disappeared).Add commentary
