On 2 June the Commission on cases of minors of Mahiliou Leninski Borough Executive Committee considered the case of the under-aged pupil of school #22 of Mahiliou Hanna Pietrakovich. Her ruled to fine the girl’s parents 51 000 rubles for violation of Article 162 of the Code of Administrative Offences (Malicious non-execution of parental duties concerning upbringing and education). Hana Pietrakovich was warned.

At the same time, Mahiliou Leninski Borough Court with judge Panasienka at the head tried Zubr activist Valadar Tsurpanau. The judge paid no attention to the arguments of the accused and his representative Barys Bukhiel and listened only to addled testimonies of the police. V.
