Zubr press service informs, two Zubr activists were detained on December 18, at 7.45 p.m., when distributing leaflets with Zubr logo down town Minsk. Police detained them near the Victory Square subway station. The police officers took them to the police station, based at the subway station, and kept them there for over an hour. One of the guys, Paval Yukhnevich, was charged under Art 143-3 of the Code of Administrative Offences. The case is to be sent to commission on administrative offences for consideration.
