Measure in Support of Belarusian Humanitarian Lyceum
On 18 June the measure in support of Belarusian Humanitarian Lyceum took place. It included opening of the artistic exhibition, presentation of the lyceum CD “I Love Lyceum” and giving diplomas to the “honored” activists of the pupils’ self-government.
On Tuesday several dozens of paintings of Belarusian artists, such as A. Marachkin, M. Kupava and A. Pushkin appeared in the lyceum. At the opening of the exhibition the lyceum director U. Kolas, A. Trusaw, R. Baradulin, M. Kupava, etc. spoke.
After the opening of the gallery all the present public was invited to the lyceum hall. Many people wanted to get there, that’s why about a hundred of people had to stand. The measure started with u. Kolas’ speech about the lyceum life and the teachers’ programs in support of the lyceum self-government. Musical appearances of lyceum students went in turn with F. Viachorka’s narration about the idea of the CD creation, about the founders and with giving of diplomas to the most active members of pupils’ self-government. A. part of the CD information, including video, was demonstrated in the hall.
