03.12.2013 Hrodna journalist gets warned by the prosecutor's office
Hrodna Regional Prosecutor's Office issued an official warning to independent journalist Ales Dzianisau, also known as a rock-musician. Conversation with Dzianisau was held by the deputy head of the department of Hrodna Regional Prosecutor's Office, Valery Paviadaika. The warning concered the work of the journalist on the Day of commemoration of the rebels of 1863 in the town of Svislach, held at the end of October.

The appeals to the state agencies which form the list of banned sites have yielded no results. The Ministry of Communications, in particular, reported that it didn't possess such information as far as the website spring96.org was not registered in the national segment of the Internet.

The co-chairman of the “Young Front” Andrei Tsianiuta has filed a complaint to the chairman of the Savetski District Police Department of Homel. There he claims to have been detained on 16 November 2013 by the police and released in two hours without getting any charges. On 27 November Mr. Tsianiuta received a copy of the report of an administrative offence.

30.11.2013 Kalinkavichy activist files complaint against picketing ban
Kalinkavichy civil society activist Tamara Zaitsava filed a complaint to the district court against local executive committee officials, who banned a gathering outside the editorial office of the state-run newspaper “Kalinkavitskiya naviny.” The ban referred to the fact that the place is not on the list of locations authorized for mass gatherings by a decision of Kalinkavichy executive committee.

A charity concert scheduled for December 3 to mark the United Nations' International Day of Persons with Disabilities will once again be held at Babruisk’s Palace of Arts. 29.11.2013 Young Front co-chair asks Homel police chief to teach employees to write reports
On November 29, co-chair of the "Malady Front" youth opposition movement Andrei Tsianiuta complained to the chief of the police department of Homel’s Savetski district. In his complaint, the activist writes that on November 16 he was detained by the police for posting anti-alcohol leaflets. The policemen took him to the station and two hours later he released without charges.
